Weather and Scheduling Contingency

If weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances affect safe travel or the ability to conduct a session as planned, we reserve the right to adjust the session format, shorten the session, move it online, or reschedule to the next available date.

Rescheduled sessions will be coordinated to a mutually agreed time.
